In order for any service cancellation to be accepted, the following must apply:

  • The product is not worn.
  • The special product tab has not been removed or damaged in any way.
  • The product box, warranty and everything else that came with the product are returned, as all of the above are part of the product you purchased.
  • Returns are made only through one of the transport companies ACS, SPEEDEX, GENERAL POST, DOOR-DOOR and shipping costs are paid by you.
  • Make sure the packaging of the shipment is secure so as not to cause any damage during transport.
  • In case you want to bring the product in person, contact us at +30 210 9670686.
  • Cancellations for stadium services and reservations are made up to 24 hours before the scheduled reservation
  • In case of return, the refund is made within 7 days to a bank account that you will indicate to us or to your credit card or to your paypal account if the purchase has been made in this way.
